I believe that working with people in a coaching relationship is one of the most powerful ways for learning, reflection, planning and decision making to happen.

For me, coaching offers an executive the environment for strategic thinking, growth, change, and action. I’ll use a variety of models, tools and techniques to help to achieve their desired coaching objectives. I will challenge my clients directly, while giving them the support they need.

Fundamentally, my wish for my clients is that they believe in themselves and feel positive and driven towards achieving what they believe they can – for themselves, for the organisation and for their life outside work.

Rob’s Coaching Experience


Rob works as an Executive Coach both on formalised organisational coaching programmes and with independent individuals, usually at Senior and Middle Management Levels. He works in a number of sectors including Aerospace, Telecommunications, Software Development, Construction, Rail, Motor Research and Housing.

He has worked with Directors in Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Finance and Operations on their leadership development, leading through transformation and change, developing their vision, strategic thinking, influencing and managing performance and relationships.

Rob’s Professional Background


Rob leads the Executive Development Practice at Change Formation. He is also responsible for Business Development, client relationships and customer service. In addition to working as an Executive Coach, he has designed and delivered a range of learning and development solutions specialising in the areas of leadership, people and performance management and interpersonal skills. He often facilitates strategic Executive Workshops and Meetings. He provides expertise as a People and Organisation Development Consultant to a range of organisations.

Rob worked for Thales for over twelve years as a Learning & Leadership Development professional. He was the Director of Products and managed the Coaching and Consulting Practice. He has also performed the role of Business Manager achieving a three-fold increase in sales in three years, leading a team of Consultants and managing the capability and capacity of the business.

Previously Rob worked in retailing with a number of international companies in Buying, Store Management and Management Development.
