For more than 15 years Kim has been working with the challenges of bringing strategy to life – encouraging genuine engagement, and the ‘art’ of change.

She’s worked in partnership with leaders and managers as a collaborator, consultant, facilitator, agent for change and occasional agitator in both the public and private sector.

Kim’s Coaching Experience

With early career success as a teacher, communications expert and project manager, Kim developed her skills as an OD consultant in Higher Education. She managed organisation-wide portfolios of activity as well as centralised leadership development programmes, business model redesign and frameworks for transformation and culture change.

Recently she supported the delivery of a multi-million pound change programme for a water utility company.

Kim’s Qualifications & CPD

Kim has a BA (Hons) with Qualified Teacher Status and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Her clients also benefit from her experience of Nancy Kline’s ‘Time to Think’ process, accreditation as an Insights Discovery practitioner and ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
