Change Formation achieves ILM Approved Centre status!
As part of our strategy to deliver high impact, high quality learning events that are “Different Class”, Change Formation has achieved the status of an ILM Approved Centre. This means that we now are able to deliver events and programmes that lead to professional qualifications for Leaders and Managers from this leading awarding body.
Why work with the ILM?
The ILM (also referred to as the Institute of Leadership and Management) offers qualifications for Senior Managers (at Level 7) through to Experienced Managers (at Level 5) and to first-line Managers (at Level 3). At Change Formation we particularly like the mix of both theoretical knowledge and practical application that are required by the ILM to achieve their qualifications.

ILM Programmes in Progress
Since our ILM approval in early 2016 we’re already working with an international development organisation to deliver the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management to 15 of their people managers. Their programme aims to professionalise the role of manager, to retain their talented employees and to refine their practices and skills. Early feedback and comments from team members is telling us that the programme’s participants are taking new approaches to people management and are being more effective in their role. They have completed and submitted their first assignments and have set a high standard.
We are also working as Associate Consultants to deliver an ILM Level 7 Strategic Leaders Programme to the Heads of Department of a large Utilities business.
